Christine Bennett, M.Ac.

I am a lifelong resident of West Chester. I earned a B.S in Education in 1973, married, and spent the next 8 years at home with my family.

I became formally involved in the healing arts in 1985 when I graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Nursing. I spent the majority of my 12 years as a nurse in hospice and home health care. It was there that I learned that listening and touch were my most valuable tools in helping my patients to heal.

In 2000, I became a Certified Massage Therapist, established my own body work practice and, in 2001, began teaching massage at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. In 2002, I began my Master’s studies in acupuncture at the Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD. I graduated from that leading institution in 2005.

I bring my knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine together to treat patients holistically.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania and am a Board Certified Diplomat in Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. In addition, I am an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, trained to work with people with addictions.
